I joined the Iringa International School in January of 2016. Prior to my time at IIS, I’ve worked in numerous positions as a volunteer, classroom teacher and learning support teacher at the Bujumbura International Montessori School in Burundi.
When I’m not teaching, I dip my foot in Netball coaching and sometimes handball. I also do small African routine dances with the primary students.
I love the challenge of being in the classroom and the satisfaction of watching children make progress. I try to instill the love for learning through mistakes and a sense of determination and independence.
